Frustrated with the challenges businesses faced with IT support, Kyle established Real IT in 2006. He was convinced there was a better way of keeping business' IT systems up and running.

With over 10 years experience in the IT industry and in Customer Service, Kyle has focused on developing processes and systems that add value to his clients' bottom line.

After working a number of years as a business coach for ActionCoach International, Jerome developed a passion for helping people to achieve their life and business goals. All who come into contact with him can clearly see the evidence of his positivity and enthusiasm. Jerome's clients have won awards for "Business of the Year" in 2005 & 2006, "Most Innovative Business" 2005, "Best Financial Results and Action Business of the Year" 2006, "Best Team", "Best Marketing"; and overall "Business of the Year 2008". Jerome was also recognised as one of the Top 100 business coaches in the world.

Technical Team Leader
Sam joined Real IT in 2008 and brings with him a wealth of experience.

Sam is extremely passionate about IT & systems, and holds a number of certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Kaseya & CompTia. 

Sam's IT experience is not limited to the workforce, but he also manages several servers personally as well as developing applications as a hobby.

IT Consultant  

Started working in the IT industry back in 2005 for a medium size IT support company in South Africa, I worked myself up to eventually become a 75% shareholder in the company. I then sold the company in 2011 and made the big move to New Zealand where I joined the Real IT team the same year.

Office Manager

Lisa has a background in customer service and administration within the IT industry and is a recent graduate of the New Zealand Diploma in Business.
