In late 2006 Kyle set out to build Real IT focusing on SME businesses and the challenges they have with their IT systems. Frustrated with the support provider focus that previous employment positions promoted he was convinced there was a better way.

Having the benefit of 9 years experience in the IT industry and customer service; Kyle has focused on developing processes and systems that add value to their bottom line of all clients past, present and future.

In mid 2009 Jerome Jacobs came on board to further develop this business model and drive the business forward. With complementary skills and abilities, the directors of Real IT are committed to a high standard of products and services along with efficiency around service and delivery.

Jerome's positive attitude and confidence leads to high levels of motivation. It also inspires others to see the potential that they don't often see within themselves. Helping with a "one step at a time" methodology to produce real changes in their lives. Jerome now applies these key elements to Real IT.

Before joining ActionCoach in 2003, Jerome started Kiwi Mobile Mechanics Ltd "service is the difference" with a partner, always striving on improving customer service and raising the standard of workmanship. While being in business since the age of 18 years of age developed the key elements of business entrepreneurship.

Jerome implemented action strategies with competitive marketing and increased the turnover by 65% in a short space of time and has done this with other 50 other successful businesses (3 of which has been AWARD winning companies). Sam O'Connor

IT Consultant

Sam joined Real IT in 2008 and brought with him 6 years of IT experience. Sam is passionate about IT and holds several IT certifications, including MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator), MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and Comptia A+ and Network+.

Sam's IT experience is not limited to the workforce, but also in his free time manages several servers and spends a lot of time on application development.

Leanne Townsend

Business Development Manager

Leanne joined Real IT in 2009 as a Business Development manager. She supports Real IT with office Administration, and also handles the accounts.

Dora Bates-Fale

Phone Communications Rep

Dora joined Real IT in 2009 as our Phone Communications Rep.
